“This was the perfect place for a retreat with a mix of southern hospitality and the country life not far from civilization. Mitsy and Jason were the best host we’ve had thus far. They do their best to ensure you have fun and relaxing experience with all of the games, ATV and trails as well as the hot tub! You won’t be disappointed we definitely weren’t. “This was a one night stay on our road trip and we were delighted with the accommodations. This cottage is tucked away from the city of Tyler on a little property with chickens, roosters, sheep, and a friendly dog. We enjoyed the sounds of the animals as we walked our little dog in the entry road. The cottage is neat as a pin and well stocked with everything you might need. “Such a fun and unique property with amazing communication from the hosts! The check-in and check-out process was easy. The house was clean and in a great location. We arrived late after helping set up for an outdoor wedding all day, and the AC was wonderful. The backyard was perfect for our senior dogs to explore.
