“First room was noisy with old a/c. Moved room. Rooms are tired and dated and bedding seems dirty. Noise was terrible into the early hours. Youngsters running riot. We could hardly sleep. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa.
Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout.
Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected.”

“We stayed at The Sweet Lake Resort for two weeks at the beginning of November 2025 and had a wonderful experience.
