“Unfortunately the apartment was not prep with the inclusions paid for. There was no WiFi nor live cable and never received assistance towards it. They offered a change of apartment and stated for one day at 9 am and didn’t receive further assistance towards it. People are nice and good response for us.
Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor.

“Review checkin process. Find entry codes and details about key fobs. Find out if there is construction next door as i was awaken every morning at 7am by construction noise.
