“Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit”

“We had a wonderful stay at Virgin Valley. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being very supportive and attentive throughout our visit. “Une grande chambre, un très grand lit confortable, une belle salle de douche avec eau chaude et le personnel adorable. Une cuisine locale excellente . J'ai moins aimé la localisation, un peu loin du centre quand on est à pied et ma chambre juste derrière la réception etait bruyante. ”

“It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty. I wish the property were renting scooters to go to city and sight seeing. Auto or cab is the only mode of transportation. Majority of the residents have their own car. I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation.”

“Nous avons adoré notre séjour, notamment la bienveillance de tout le personnel, du gérant du room service mais surtout la gentillesse constante du gardien de l’hôtel ! Merci encore, on reviendra ! :) ”

“Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala). Punctuality is VERY POOR.”

“Hotel locked at 10pm. Hot water from 7-9am. Had to ask for towels. The reception couple were pleasant but overall not a good experience but of course it was very inexpensive ”
