「We had a wonderful stay at Virgin Valley. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being very supportive and attentive throughout our visit. The hill view room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking view that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning scenery.」

「It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty. I wish the property were renting scooters to go to city and sight seeing. Auto or cab is the only mode of transportation. Majority of the residents have their own car. I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation.」

「Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala). Punctuality is VERY POOR.」

「Hotel locked at 10pm. Hot water from 7-9am. Had to ask for towels. The reception couple were pleasant but overall not a good experience but of course it was very inexpensive 」
