「This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. 「The internet did not work. We stayed on the top floor, it was not strong enough to connect. Also, a number code would be useful to get in without the key card. We inadvertently left the key in the room and had to call someone to come and let us in. Clearly our fault and they were very kind and accommodating, and literally ran over without complaint. Otherwise, great location, very comfy beds, clean spacious room and lovely host.」

「Kamers waren redelijk schoon, de badkamer en toilet mogen schoner of vervangen. Lekkage kraan. Bij binnenkomst hing er een zure lucht in de kamer, maar die vervloog snel. Personeel achter de balie zeer vriendelijk. Accomodatie is simpel en prima voor een nacht op doorreis.」
