Beautiful 250 m² 19th-century property, recently renovated in a loft style, all on one floor.



This terraced property in Arrecife, a port city on the east coast of sunny Lanzarote, is surrounded by shops, art, and entertainment.



Located 150 meters from CIC El Almacén by artist César Manrique and 200 meters from the sea and the fabulous El Reducto beach, perfect for all kinds of water sports, especially sailing. Also nearby: Avenida Marítima, Calle Real (shopping and banking area), the famous Charco de San Ginés, Puente de las Bolas, the San Gabriel and San José castles, and La Marina marina, which welcomes megayachts.



The property offers free bicycle parking.



Ideal for groups of friends, company meetings, sports clubs, and more. For other events, please contact us first through the booking platform’s messaging system. The installation or use of sound or lighting equipment is not permitted.



There is a large covered indoor terrace with natural light, and you can enjoy the hot tub.



Pets are allowed.



Bed linen and towels are included.



Important: There is no hot water in the kitchen, only in the shower and hot tub. No electric heating.

This is not a house - it is a converted bar that is fit for purpose

I have asked for support with this absolutely shocking not fit for purpose since the day we arrived. We ended up having to leave the property as we felt both unsafe inside and out . Please can someone get back to me about this matter . I have now attached a file with both video evidence and photographs. ( this accommodation is not a house as the host is claiming- it is a commercial ( night club) and the adjoining property at the back is a workshop sending fumes through the back door of the property which the owner is also claiming to be a house - and once again I have attached a picture on the outside - yellow barrier over the door with a written mobile number over the makeshift entrance- the dogs would be outside guarding the workshop or inside - once video attached) . The owner still has not returned our deposit.
