“The property was great in many ways, clean, roomy and good facilities, however it is a way out of town (about a 20 minute walk) which was not a problem for us but could be for others. However there was no balcony to relax on and have a glass of wine in the evening, and staying inside is notthe same”

“I have asked for support with this absolutely shocking not fit for purpose since the day we arrived. We ended up having to leave the property as we felt both unsafe inside and out . Please can someone get back to me about this matter . I have now attached a file with both video evidence and photographs. ( this accommodation is not a house as the host is claiming- it is a commercial ( night club) and the adjoining property at the back is a workshop sending fumes through the back door of the……

“We went in October half term in 2 bed sea view rooms. Although the rooms are tired and fairly scruffy, ours was also quite dirty, the bedding was clean so where the main areas. The beds were very comfy except the pull out sofa bed which was partially broken. We all slept well, lots of breeze in the top floor sea view rooms so evening weren’t hot whilst sleeping as windows open perfectly,
Facilities in room ok, pool area cosy and pool was heated so really good temperature even in hot weather.……
