"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days ..."

"The stay was incredible! We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect, the service was excellent, the amenities exceeded our expectations (spa was probably the best I’ve been to) and the food in the restaurant, club house and bar were all delicious.
