"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. "No front desk staff during early hours, we called many times to the front desk no one picked up. Staff entered our room without knocking... They don't provide any adaptors which is disappointing given this is a 5-star property."

"Excellent location on the beach. Would recommend the panoramic sea view room. Large room with a big balcony overlooking the pool, beach and sea. Good room facilities including tea, coffee, fridge, iron, ironing board. Very peaceful of an evening but just a short walk to bars, restaurants etc. and a lovely pool area."

"Our stay in the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Starting from a beautiful family room with private pool and little garden, great amenities, quality food, caring and friendly staff and one of the best kids clubs we have experienced! Our kids loved spending time there with great variety of activities and lovely staff! The only improvement we could mention is the Spa facilities - we lacked tranquility as the entrance is shared with the gym and can get a bit noisy. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!"
