“Just disappointing! Lobby and grounds a little unkept. Checking in took forever, no crowd just slow and pokey :( Hot tub out of service and pool had scummy film look to it, did try it. Room was ok, bed was comfy and water was hot. Everything (more so in the common areas) just needs cleaned- a little paint would go a long way. WORST was the elevator and stairwell…. Had to cover my nose every time i walked or rode down. Breakfast was standard and not a big selection but it did have hot food.……

“Everything from checking to checkout was excellent!”

“The property has potential, apparently they are under new management and I hope they do some room improvements. Our bathroom was scary…. Needs 100% remodel. The ceiling separating from the wall, the shower floor had been painted and was peeling bad, the lighting in the bathroom was very dark. The carpet in the main room was questionable, definitely needs replacing. I would not walk barefoot on it. The lobby area and front desk was good. Very nice staff working here… they deserve a more……

“Clean but needs updated. Smoke alarm hanging by tape, freezer did not freeze our food or water bottles. Paid extra to have kitchenette but no table to eat at. There was room for a table, but no table. GFI switch did not work. Soap only no shampoo or shower gel. Ask for tissues to fill empty metal box and was handed 4 napkins and said I don't fill those. Very noisy, thin walls. I won't stay there ever again..”

“I will never stay there again. Beds smell like dog poop and pillows look like peed over. Don’t recommend the place”
