We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a peaceful place with a fishing lake and a nice pool, perfect for relaxing. There were some spider webs on the windows, the refrigerator was a little dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well during the afternoon heat. Other than that, everything was great and we had a very good experience overall.

The house was perfect for our family of 13 (6 adults, 7 kids). The pool was clean. Only concern is no depth marking stating both ends are shallow with deep in the middle. The pond was a hit with our fisherman. Our birthday boy caught a large mouth bass about 12 inches long. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary items. One refrigerator took awhile to cool, but could be the large amount of warm canned beverages put in at once. Beds were VERY comfortable. Master bath was incredible with very large shower. The whirlpool bath was not working. This will be on our list of repeats. The hosts dropped by and were the sweetest. Thanks for our Christmas in July family vacation.

After living in a very busy city for years the quiet was very much appreciated. The pond is stocked very well and my son caught about a 10 pound catfish. The expansive property gave everyone a place to call their own during our stay. The inside was extremely clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, glassware, and cookware. 10 out of 10, do recommend.

We had an amazing girls’ trip at Tex’s Ranch! The property accommodated our group of 15 comfortably, and from the moment we arrived, we truly felt at home. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the bedrooms were very generous in size, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. The pool was definitely one of the highlights it was clean, inviting, and the perfect place to spend our days together. We also loved seeing the horses on the property, which made the ranch experience even more special. We were fortunate to receive a visit from the owner during our stay, and that personal touch made us feel incredibly welcome.Being on a ranch, we expected a little dust and did notice quite a few spiders, but that’s simply part of staying in a beautiful rural setting and didn’t take away from our experience at all.If you’re looking for a peaceful, spacious place for a large group, Tex’s Ranch is a wonderful choice. We made so many unforgettable memories here, felt right at home the entire time, and would absolutely stay here again!

EXCELLENT!!!!If you're looking for a quiet secluded place THIS is it. (Just make sure you have everything you need)The house is so cozy, fun and spacious, beds were very comfy and house was immaculate. ( we had a party of 18) Monica was amazing and very attentive to all our questions. (we appreciate you) There is a dollar general up the street but it does not sell beer (if you drink) we had to drive about 10 minutes to a QT convenience store which was not a bad deal we took pictures with Oklahoma sign, kids thought it was fun we were in another state.Pool was amazing and fishing was so fun. All kids caught something..Went to Pat Mayse Lake for a day 5 a car load for the whole day,not a bad deal, made some great memories!

We stayed at the ranch over Easter weekend with family and we couldn’t have made better memories there. The house was exactly as expected, and the owners greeted us the first day and were beyond wonderful. They made us feel welcomed and so grateful for sharing their piece of paradise with us. Our kids had a blast swimming and feeding their horses while the men spent all weekend catching fish by the pond. This was an amazing Vacay, and we would recommend anyone to book here. We will definitely be returning!

Our favorite place

We love this place and it was our second time staying here. Definitely want to make this our yearly summer vacation. The kids love the pool, the game room and fishing. It’s a prefect location to get away from every day life and enjoy the outdoors.

This place was awesome. Having the Pool, fire pit with wood and the fishing pond were all a nice bonus! The owners were the nicest people and made sure everything was perfect. 15 minutes from the casino if that’s your thing. Less than 5 minutes from the lake if you want to bring your boat.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was clean. We drove in from Illinois for a family wedding and were able to get in the house early. The lake was wonderful and I caught the largest bass I’ve ever caught! The horses came to the fence and we enjoyed visiting with them. The house is secluded and quiet. It was just a short drive from the wedding reception. I hope that we can stay there again sometime!

Our stay was peaceful and full of relaxation time. The house is very spacious and comes with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We were a bit disappointed that the pool never got warm enough to swim in. Apparently, the colder outside it is, the less likely that the machine will be able to warm the water enough for comfort. Only two bold kids swam in there but it was very chilly. The views are wonderful, the owners are responsive and the location was good.

GREAT family trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this ranch! Hosts greeted us the first day and answered any questions we had. With 3 generations of family - it was wonderful to be able to keep us ALL busy! The pool, the pond, the pool table, and the firepit were all used throughout the weekend! Everyone especially loved seeing all the livestock in the fields. Thanks again for a very memorable weekend for our entire family!
