"The room was well appointed, clean, comfy. Lovely view out to the river. The team did a great job making us feel welcome. They even booked a table in advance for us for dinner which is a good thought so we don’t miss out if the restaurant is full. The continental breakfast was good too, they even packet the night before for us to have in our room since we were leaving early the next morning. Nothing negative to say. Great value for money. I would stay again. "

"Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months. "
