"We had a group of 8 staying 3 nights, we booked a 2-bedroom apartment and one superior queen room. We were very happy with the service; we had a bit of a mix-up with the booking company, but this was accommodated by the hotel promptly. Very clean, and polite. There are older elements that could be updated (e.g. tapware and bath etc.) but they do the job just fine for the price, the service and being within walking distance to the waterfront more than make up for this. I have not complaints and would happily book again."

"5 star service everywhere in hotel, from check in to breakfast. In room menue was better before so we didnt have mains but 2 desserts were bliss. More easy in room dining options would have been great"
