「Me quedé en la Gran Suite 3 de la planta baja y me parece pésimo que aún existan cuartos conectados con una simple puerta de madera y lamentablemente lo que pudo ser perfecto fue pésimo, pues se escuchaba todo el ruido del cuarto contiguo. Tuve que pedir cambio a otra habitación y aunque solo había disponible de un menor costo, lo acepté porque era imposible descansar en la habitación que pague originalmente. De verdad deberían de hacer algo drástico al respecto.」

「Our room was large and comfortable. We had a choice of a hot breakfast, in addition to the fruit plate, which was always beautifully presented and delivered with a smile. The staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Cristina who helped us arrange our plans for the next day. Easy walk to the Zocolo and other sites. 」

「Absolutely gorgeous property. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Everything is impeccable; the bed is comfortable. The staff is prompt and efficient. We tried different restaurants in the property and everything was delicious, both food and cocktails! The area is very walkable and safe. You can easily reach the historic center in about 15-17 minutes, walking leisurely. Great views from the rooftop! Our only "negative" comment is that our room was very hot, even with the air conditioner - which...

「This hotel is absolutely beautiful, location is about 6 blocks from Puebla Zocalo, we walked there. Breakfast was always fresh made to order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Place was super clean, always smelled great and we always had hot water for showers. I recommend it 💯 %」
