“The service was slow. Not the standard I would’ve expected at this Hotel as I have stated here before. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. The room was lovely, but there is no full length mirror… The room service food was appalling and when I complained about this in the morning, I’ve got a very frosty response from the receptionist even though they did cancel it off the bill I was made to feel. I shouldn’t be complaining. I’m not sure that I would stay here again as it is a beautiful hotel,……

“To get a beach towel you have to leave a 10euro deposit to the reception ONLY BY CASH m like we live in the ancient world. Same thing goes for ironing, you have to leave a CASH deposit of 20 e for 2/3hours so you go back and forth to the reception with cash :) ASLO I stayed at the hotel and wanted to enjoy a drink at the rooftop with a friend who lives in the city, we were told thet we can’t because he’s not at the hotel! We were going to pay the drinks of course but it’s not possible. I paid……

“We are a group of 5 ladies staying in this Superior 3-bedroom 4-bathroom Penthouse apartment for 2 nights in end Nov 2016. All bedrooms are ensuite with 1 extra guest bathroom. 1. This penthouse apartment is on the third floor in the Barcelona Block, which is spacious & bright with a private balcony & larger pool view. Access card was needed to operate the elevator and security seemed to be ensured. 2. The apartment has simple decor, clean and well maintained, though is not recently……
