"We were in the panoramic room on the 21st floor, huge wrap around balcony, the room almost felt like a 1 bedroom even though it’s a studio because of the layout. Spa bath easily fit two adults. Bed is fairly soft and so were the pillows, sheets were spotless so was the room itself. Daily housekeeping was a surprise to us. Super close to the tram and to the Q1. Deposit was $200 for a 2 night stay. Only thing I would say is I didn’t love how you could see the pool from the main foyer entry of the building. Even just some tinting on the windows or sheer curtains would help. "

"Very nice room and Tia at reception was phenomenal! We arrived after exhausted and later than planned after hiking Lamington and were warmly received. Parking was tricky because our vehicle was oversized but she was very helpful (we ended up parking on the street for free and paid for a couple of hours the following morning via the city app). Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, tbh the pool looked dirty but could have been from the recent rain from the cyclone in the north."

"Friendly staff. Very clean appartment. Fully equipped with everything you need. Just starting to show its age but didn’t bother us. Nothing to worry about. Very close to tram stop. Only thing was construction next door but that’s not Artique fault "

"After staying at this hotel for many years, this time round was dissapointing. The servicing of the room was neglected even after raising multiple times with reception. All other areas were fine, however will be looking to stay somewhere else next trip. "

"Great views,and location Close to everything Clean and good facilities Bed was on castors and kept moving around as it was on a hard floor…was a bit annoying."

"Best place to stay in Surfers Paradise - right on the beach and plenty of food options at Cavill Ave. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished with semi-housekeeping - daily change of towels and making of beds. Breakfast is absolutely delicious."
