「This hotel is in the perfect location for first timers to Cape Town. We walked to multiple locations and it was easy to join tours from here. From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. This group really understands customer service and they made us feel so welcome.」

「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking. Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough. One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...

The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end touches like Diptyque bathroom amenities, a complimentary minibar, coffee facilities, and convenient parking garage. One standout feature is their breakfast, served until 4 PM (!) and included in the stay — an incredible idea that makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience. 「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「I chose the Grand Daddy for the convenience of location and it's overall heritage/funky vibe. As it was our first visit to Cape Town, we were unaware of how "lively" Long Street is! Unfortunately, there was also a party within the hotel on the night we had a 4:30 am flight. I assume this happens often as earplugs were left in the room. If you are interested in the party scene, this is the place to be. The staff was wonderful, the Hotel was very clean and our room itself was comfortable....

「Tolles Hotel, Moden, sauber, freundliches Personal super ausgestatteter Fitnessraum Pool eher zum entspannen geeignet, da nur 1m tief Tolle Aussicht von der rooftop Bar und Pool Frühstück sehr ausgewogen, frisches Obst, Eierspeisen, Gebäck, diverse Säfte Eher für Geschäftreisende geeignet, auf Grund Nähe zum Convention Center oder Mietwagenfahrer, da in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Geschäfte, nur 2xCafes 」
