“This hotel is in the perfect location for first timers to Cape Town. We walked to multiple locations and it was easy to join tours from here.
From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. This group really understands customer service and they made us feel so welcome.”

“Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who truly go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end touches like Diptyque bathroom amenities, a complimentary minibar, coffee facilities, and convenient parking garage.
One standout feature is their breakfast, served until 4 PM (!) and included in the stay — an incredible idea that makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try it, but the menu sounded……

我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。
真的是用心在经营。
下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。”

“The staff were wonderful and kind. But the property is old — our room smelled badly of mold. The area also wasn’t the safest and we didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night (they also have to lock the door to the hotel and you have to buzz in which makes it difficult when arriving later in the evening). ”
