“Nice place”

“everything functions well. Lex is very friendly and helpful. pool is warm, sunny terrace nearly all day, comfy beds, all in all a great destination with fabulous views. ”

“Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals.”

“Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, man fühlt sich sofort im Urlaub! Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Neben den bequemen Betten konnten auch die modernen Badezimmer überzeugen. Die Lage bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten auf der ganzen Insel, allerdings ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert! Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Fahrminuten entfernt, auch Lokale gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das einzige Manko ist die……

“The place is very well kept and the view truly takes your breath away. It's perfect for a retreat-style stay. People who stay here should be aware that they will definitely need a car, since it is a rather remote spot on the side of a mountain. Getting there entails a steep drive up the hill and taking very sharp turns. Parking is scarce and can be a bit of a challenge if the area is full. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!”

“Alles ist da,In Haus hat es uns an nichts gemangelt und wenn dann haben wir nur Bescheid gegeben und es wurde geregelt. Mit sechs Personen super zu bewohnen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben ein Fenster in den Lichtschacht oberhalb des Essensbereichs. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäfte ist drei Blocks entfernt. Auf der Dachterrasse lassen sich nachts auch prima Sternschnuppen suchen. Immer ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Super Verkehrsanbindung nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und 25 Minuten……

“Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. I had to sweep and mop several times. The maintenance lady was very, very nice and accommodating but the owner……

“El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, y con todo tipo de comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones y baños!. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! Además, se encuentra a escasos 100 metros de la playa de las canteras, y la posibilidad de tener parking en esa zona es inmejorable. Gracias a Alejandro por su amabilidad.”

“Todo perfecto. Nos alojamos en la casa de 2 habitaciones. Lo único que mejoraría sería que en vez de dos sillones para ver la televisión, hubiera un sofá , que es más cómodo. De resto, todo perfecto y un entorno encantador. Todo muy cuidado.”

“Diré que al realizar la reserva tuve mis dudas, siempre me han estafado con fotos engañosas del lugar donde queria hospedarme. Puedo confirmar que todo lo que se describe en la página es cierto. Buscaba un sitio donde alejarme del estrés, del ruido, de la constante preocupación por la situación actual...en esta finca me he sentido como en casa, en contacto con la naturaleza y rodeada de personas sencillas y con muchos proyectos.
