“Not a lot I liked about this place myself and another person had to wait for someone to attend reception a good ten minutes to 15 minutes. The other guest rang the bell three times and eventually the receptionist came down the stairs. My family finally entered our room, and the shower alcove was mouldy and there were spider webs in the window. My 6-year-old granddaughter went to the toilet, and the toilet seat was only hinged in one spot instead of two with the result that when she went to……

“Dissapointing, unpleasant smell and a dated interior. Good location, but very dated, raw brick interior with an unpleasant smell inside the rooms. Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling. “There was someone else’s hair on a blanket in the room which meant it hadn’t been cleaned before us, we had 3 cockroaches in the room in 2 days, the heating did not heat the room even when on 26 and full fan and the bottom of the door frames were all rotted to our bathroom needs a good refresh and clean walls were also full of dust”

“Price is reasonable. Dinner is a little expensive, although the meal is ok. Staff are friendly and willing to offer help. Swimming pool is smaller than expected. Overall, it is worthwhile for staying overnight.”

“This motel is not what it advertises to be. I booked because it said on all booking websites and also advertised out the front of the motel that it had a restaurant and cafe, they also advertise they have Foxtel. This is NOT the case, they have none of these things. The motel presents nicely out the front but once you get around the back it looks like a 2 star. They should remove the large advertising out the front as well as on the booking websites that these things are not available and……
