「This “retreat” is at present a construction zone. To their credit, they moved me after one night to a room that did not look out on scaffolding (with workers perched outside my room) and that I didn’t have to walk through sand and cement operations to get to. But I would check to make sure that construction is done before staying here, there is no garden and a lot of noise. Once the construction is done it will be quite nice, the rooms are good and the food is excellent.」

「Staff were some of the most rude and started with not wanting to give me room as hotels.com had not sent them confirmation on payment. I could show them that the hotel was confirmed on my mail but the front desk did not care. Never met any more rude staff at Indian hotel. I got the worst room even though I had paid for another. Do not recommend this hotel at all. 」
