「This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. 「Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. 」

「A very comfortable house that is close to the beach and royal docks. Very clean and close to shops. I’d say the second bedroom is a little small for our larger teens but was a very comfy all the same」

「Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! 」

「Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. 」

「Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

「Property looks disappointing on first look at the outside but once inside it is perfect. We had a night away with friends and family eating and playing games. Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Very close to the beach for a lovely walk. Would definitely use again. 」
