“The service in the lodge of resturant is cold and My prada eyewear and box got lost in restraunt when restaurant manager is preparing the table. while the cctvs did not founction well during the time of theft. The lodge manager Dismas simba did not say anything sorry and do not care if i post the experience to other places. i filed the case in local police. police is going to investigate and ask them why all the cctvs failed to work just during the time of theft.”

“This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!”

“We stayed for 1 night when we were passing through to Ngorongoro. The staff were lively, special mention to Emmanuel and Flora. Breakfast was lovely omelettes made. Just a bit rough around the edges and as 2 women travelling alone, we didn’t feel comfortable walking out on our own. Others were doing it though. ”

“I don’t normally leave positive reviews, but Diddas Villa absolutely deserves one. This place is perfect—from the peaceful location to the beautiful layout, everything exceeded my expectations. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. They are hands down some of the friendliest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. “We had a great stay at the Kibo Palace. It was a great place to get some rest after a long flight, walkable to town where we enjoyed the Natural History Musuem and central market, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with a good mix of local options, and a decent room. The pool hours were limited but otherwise a great stay. The hotel allowed us to keep the same room as we arrived a day early for our safari and only one night was part of the safari.”

“Personal sehr freundlich, die Anfahrt über das Dorf ist sehenswert und interessant. Auch bei uns konnte das Hotel die bereits in Deutschland erfolgte Zahlung des Hotelzimmers nicht bestätigen. Die Weiterleitung der Buchungsbestätigung mit der Zahlungsbestätigung per Mail war ausreichend. ”
