「The hotel is located approximately 4 kilometers from the city center in a quiet environment, offering ample free parking. It features a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center. 「The hotel is located in an industrial area of a small town about 40 kilometers north of Milan. There are suburban parks nearby, but no restaurants or shops. However, it is convenient to travel to Milan and the lake district to the north if you have a car. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the buffet breakfast is plentiful, and parking is convenient and free.」

「Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good.
In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space.
Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice.
Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city.」

「Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy.
Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels.
Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...
