"The hotel is large and clean (if a little dated). The staff was kind and helpful. The free shuttle bus is fabulous! We did not have the breakfast as we left early in the morning. Excellent value for money."

"Excellent location. A short walk from the train from the Narita airport. Close to a wide variety of small restaurants. And convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options The hot tub was never busy when we were there, and the water was very hot and the facilities very clean The room itself is tiny, but very efficient. We have stayed here twice now and it’s our new go to hotel when we have an overnight at Narita between flights "
