"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. They had no problem picking us up from the JR station even though I called the hotel in the morning of the arrival day. (Get off at JR Chikugo-Yoshiimachi station.) "初めて二泊しました。土砂降りでしたので、地下鉄からの直結導線ありがたいです。観光目的でしたので、朝10時位にエレベーター前のロビーに居たスタッフさんに幾つか地下鉄や場所の確認で質問をしたのですが、私は北九州の出身でよく分からないとの返答でした。天神、博多周辺の事を尋ねただけだったのに、とてもビックリしました。"

It is close to the international airport even by Taxi. It is only around ¥2500 and particular easy for shoppers that fully packed. "

"Great hotel with an amazing location. Has a really fun atmosphere, with free happy hour drinks every evening, good music playing in the lobby, and a free Photo Booth. The room was comfortable, and as a bonus, the fan was really strong and I was able to hang dry my laundry in just a few hours. Only negative was that the room was quite dusty in spots, particularly beside the bed."

"I love their bathroom, the best one in Japan so far for me. The layout is just right. Water pressure is crazy good. The bedroom is quiet and has everything you need. They give you a new pajama everyday. Breakfast is awesome. Never get too crowded. I love their salad which is always fresh and grilled pork loin which is cooked in charcoal oven. Yummm. Public hot tub is a plus and I used it every night."
