"Der zu kleine Wohn- Essbereich. Nahezu ungenutzte obere Etage. Fugen Im Bad beginnen zu schimmeln trotz guter Lüftung. Als Ehepaar sind wir mit den vorhandenen Bedingungen gut zurechtgekommen außer mit dem beginnenden Schimmel."

Aber einige Dinge sind abschreckend: ein Schlafzimmer ist nur mit Vorhang vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt; die Zugangstreppe ins OG knarrt erbärmlich; die Hausbewohner lehnen die Nutzung als Ferienwohnung ab und sind entsprechend kritisch; es steht nur eine halbe Mülltonne zur Verfügung - und die Baustelle nebenan ist weiterhin „aktiv“…"
