Beautiful apartment house "Sonne". 4 apartments in the property. 700 m from the centre of Aschau, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of Zell, 800 m from the skiing area. Shop, supermarket 700 m, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 850 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Ski lift 4 km, slopes 800 m, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 700 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
2-room apartment 43 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Bright, practical furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Terrace 8 m2 partly roofed, lawn. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und schöner Lage. Hilfsbereite und sehr freundlicher Vermieterin. Immer Ansprechbar. Diese Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

We stayed at the house for 7 nights. The house is beautiful and clean. It is fully equipped with everything you you would expect from a vacation apartment. It resides in a very centric place, close to many attractions and hiking trips. The hostess was very attentive and the children enjoyed the ping-pong table very much.

Logement extra : propre, agréable, belle petite terrasse, tables de ping pong et babyfoot dans salle commune. La literie était très confortable, c'était lumineux. L'accueil était très sympa. On a adoré notre location. Seul bémol, la météo. Il a énormément plu, on n'a pas beaucoup profité de la petite terrasse. La région est très belle, plein de choses à faire : randonnées, baignades dans lacs, visite de ville (Innsbruck) ou de châteaux....
