Mängel: im kleinen Zimmer wurden Lavabo und Spiegel auf Wunsch der Besitzerin entfernt (statt repariert) = Qualitätseinbusse Teppiche sollten mal ersetzt werden WLAN Signal extrem schwach ansonsten ist die Wohnung iO, wir haben sie für 2022 wieder gebucht

Guter Standort- zweckmäßige Wohnung

Super Standort und ruhiges Quartier. Schöne Sicht über die Gärten und Berge. Ganze Wohnung mit altem Spannteppich ausgelegt. Wohnungstüre mit Glasscheibe, wenn man durch den Wohnungsgang geht, reagiert der Bewegungsmelder im Treppenhaus und zündet das Licht an. Zu kleiner WC Ring der nicht auf die WC Schüssel passt.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung in Ascona. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir trafen die Wohnung (ausser dem Backofen) sauber und intakt an. Die Zimmeraufteilung war ideal für uns 6. Das WC ist sehr klein und leider fensterlos, was jedoch angenehm ist,dass es vom restlichen Badezimmer getrennt benutzbar ist. Viele praktische Ablageflächen im Badezimmer und auch in der Küche.Die silberne Bratpfanne ist absolut schlecht,alles brennt an!

Preisgünstig und sauber

Nähe Zentrum und doch an guter Lage mit wenig Durchgangsverkehr. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber angetroffen. Der einzige Negativpunkt sind die verlegten Teppiche. Für Kinder und Hunde, die sich oft am Boden aufhalten echte Bakterien schleudern. Ein Hartboden-Belag wäre auch pflegeleichter

Praktische, Wohnung an zentraler und ruhiger Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung im 1. OG ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Lido und den Cafés und Restaurants am See entfernt. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und trotzdem kann das meiste zu Fuss erreicht werden. Auch hat es in 300m eine Migros und ein herziges Café. Schade, dass es ausser in den Nassräumen überall Spannteppiche hat. Er verbreitet einen üblen Geruch. In der Wohnung über uns, (mit Laminat ausgelegt) welche unsere Freunde gemietet haben, war dies viel angenehmer... WLAN ist nur im Treppenhaus gut.

Standort gut, whg ringhörig, bett teilweise hart und knarrt. Fernseher funktionierte nicht bei Ankunft. Weder Seife, noch Backpapier, Gewürze etc. Vorhanden. Wohnung gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Tip Top

Die Lage war super - schnell am See, die Kontaktperson absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Spannteppich war sauber. Trotzdem ist es uns persönlich wohler baarfuss auf einem Boden zu laufen, der einfach zu reinigen wäre wie z.B. (Parkett, Novilon, Laminat, .....). Wir finden das einfach hygienischer. Aber wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
