Leider ist die Wohnung nicht wie erwartet: - sehr ringhörig - Einrichtung / Möbel kaputt - Kücheneinrichtung lässt zu Wünschen übrig - Licht (Bad, Wohnzimmer) funktioniert nicht - Geruch in der Wohnung nicht sehr angenehm

Geräumig für max. 4 Personen, jedoch Kinderzimmer für 2 Teenager zu klein. Gute, ruhige Lage in Ascona. Garage, Lift, Balkon etc. positiv. Kleine techn. Missstände in der Wohnung selber behoben! Kein Toaster, schade.

grosse und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist räumlich grosszügig, auch der Balkon, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Quartier ist ruhig. See und Zentrum können in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Etwas mehr Besteck in der Küche wäre ein Vorteil.
