The chalet features a lovely terrace for outdoor relaxation, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Here you can enjoy meals or a good book under the open sky. Parking is available nearby for easy exploration of the area. Please note that electricity consumption must be paid on site in addition to the rental price.

The spacious interior includes a bright living room with comfortable furnishings and a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave, making cooking enjoyable. The dining area is perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

The chalet is accessible by car, about 2 hours from Toulouse and 1 hour from Carcassonne. If traveling by train, the nearest station is Ax-les-Thermes, about 20 minutes by car. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is the closest, with a travel time of 2 hours by car.

Overall good property but a few things to know

A few things that were not super clear in the VRBO posting / that we wish we had known before booking: 1) You need to bring your towels 2) There is no WiFi 3) you need to co-ordinate with a person to check in (in person) 4) They will ask you to take a picture of the electric meter before and after your stay to calculate your electricity consumption and potentially charge you for it 5) the access is tricky (very narrow roads) and the closest grocery store is more than 10 minutes away 6) There is NO coffee (not even one serving)
