“Overall, the long dirt road was less in-cumbersome than one would think. Easily-ish to travel and never needed the 4x4. Dang! House is perfectly set up and equipped and the guest quarters are just as nice. The views are stunning. The hot tub is relaxing even in July! The host was amazing and just the sweetest. Would certainly stay again if we come to Williams for an extended stay. Deer Park, Bearizona, Roller Coaster, Train to the GC and downtown Williams are all a must do and CAN do! ……

“Love the house location and Frank. We did have a little trouble getting in. Learned by trial/error to enter the “lock” icon before putting in the code, no A/C, but fan helped a lot! Lots to do, walking in neighborhood was beautiful. Golf course is within walking or short drive. I love the donkey pic…made me smile!!! We will be back, Kell and Steve”

“Really impressed with the property, i guess my only complaint is the propane tank for the grill was empty so we had to cook indoors but we made it work. Otherwise everything was great, thank you again. ”

“We pick the perfect time to be in Williams for the 4th of July. The accommodations were perfect for us and our son’s dog. We would recommend to friends and would like to return. We left Phoenix a few days after returning for vacation on the coast. Sorry for not responding earlier.”

"We arrived on a snowy night, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. When we asked for nearby restaurant recommendations, she gave us a small note they had prepared in advance, which made it easy to find the places they suggested. The room was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. In the morning, as we were checking out, they kindly helped us check whether any of the roads on our route were closed due to the snow. We really appreciated their help. If we visit the Grand Canyon again, we’ll definitely choose to stay here once more."
