We really enjoyed our time at Dawn cottage. Very friendly owners. Warm and cosy cottage. Great location for exploring the Derbyshire Dales. Lovely farm setting. Would highly recommend.

The cottage is very well equipped and well heated.

The cottage is very well equipped and well heated. The location in the heart of the farmyard could not have been better for us. The hosts Ann & David and their family could not have been more welcoming nor more helpful. They offered recommendations of scenic routes and local sites to visit and the home made chocolate cake available as a part of the welcome pack went down very well. Just a short walk up the field is a viewing point where you can see impressive views of the dale which Ann directed us to. We will be back!
