The room itself was great. Clean, large and modern. 2 couples would be very comfortable. There was washer and dryer in the room. Need to make Check-in a little easier outside normal business hours. The building I was in had a terrible odor in the hall ways. Not sure if it was a cleaning chemical or pestacide, but the odor was strong all week. Did not seep into the room too much. If you need dark to sleep make sure your windows are on the side of the parking lot.

With a little attention, this place would be great

I had to delay my arrival by one day, because I did not receive the promised check-in instructions or any way to reach anyone with the management company. It is difficult-to-impossible to check in or out of the property (this is done at a different location that is hard to identify and only is staffed during weekday office hours). It isextremely difficult to load belongings in or out, since there is no designated loading zone and rarely a parking space nearby, no way to hold the door open, and only one elevator comes to the ground level. There is little to no reception inside the unit, so one cannot use a hotspot and has to go outside to have telephone calls. Wi-fi was slow but working. My unit had many maintenance issues, including mold in the clothes washer, a clogged drain in one shower, a liters-per-day leak under the kitchen sink, bent and/or sloping wire-rack shelving, many burned-out light bulbs, and a vacuum cleaner with very little suction. Despite all of this, I fixed the issues I could fix and completed my stay, because the location was extremely convenient to my project, and the price was good for the amount of space in the unit.
