“No complaints about the lobby, location or the facility around, but you cannot play dumb when you know the wall from the bathroom to the bedroom has been completely water damage and you patches like a an unprofessional 12 years old. I only stayed one night and I came around 9 PM knowing I’m leaving at 9 AM so I decided not to complain. This is two walls approximately 15‘ x 15‘ completely damaged and looking ugly so there’s no way they don’t know about that. When you as a hotel management think……

“It was a small hotel boutique hotel and the location is perfect. Walkable to Carmel Market, Rothschild Blvd, Shenkin St and the night spots. My room was decent sized, everything was as expected. The bathroom shower curtain was a bit too short and lots of water went outside the shower area. The door was thin and I could hear next door having fun in the hallway. It was pretty good overall.”

“The hotel was a completely curated experience from the moment I walked through the doors. The clerks were kind and attentive. The bellmen were communicative and the space was modern and welcoming. I enjoyed every single moment. Also, the gym was very clean and filled with all the right equipment. I will stay here any time I visit in the future.”
