Adorable cozy fully furnished house situated on a private horse farm with pasture views from the back porch and Mountain Views​ from the front.
New modern tastefully decorated with 2 separate bedrooms one king bed and the other with 2 full beds for your comfort. A common area gathering room off the fully equipped kitchen, stove/oven, microwave, ​and Keurig, Coffee maker, and stacked washer and dryer.

The home has an amazing view of the horses and pastures. The house is super cute, and clean. The bedrooms are separated by the living room. Lots of privacy if you need it. Mary was kind enough to let my granddaughter go over to the farm to meet all the horses and dogs. It was a great location for what we had planned, especially for the Tryon Equestrian Center. My daughter loved it so much she said she’d rent it year round.

This was a great little house for my daughter and me about 15 minutes from TIEC. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Host was responsive with the few questions that I had. We would stay again.

Cozy Accommodations!

We were in the area for my daughter’s horse show at Tryon International Equestrian Center. The Cozy House was well appointed and so close to the equestrian Center. It was just a 10 minute drive, so convenient!
