This spacious, renovated, historic Biltmore Village condo is perfect for your Asheville getaway. Located in the heart of Biltmore Village guests can walk to any one of the many local restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. It is also located a moment away from the entrance to the famed Biltmore Estate, a short ride into downtown Asheville, and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. This large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo features a trundle bed and sleeper sofa.

The property is pretty, clean, and spacious. It had everything we could have wanted. If you plan on cooking, the over doesn’t work, but there are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance, including Indian and Mexican choices. It is within walking distance to the Biltmore Estate, and there are some cute shops and galleries in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

The only reason it was not 5 star was because I stayed in the bedroom looking out the back - right under the window were three compressors that turned on and off all night. I had to sleep with earphones. Still a fantastic property. Thanks.

There are minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Numerous light bulbs are burnt out & windows need cleaning. The primary suite bathroom shower has mold in the grout lines that really needs to be cleaned.
