Excellent location and great apartment!

Location is unbeatable, close to everything downtown. Perfectly furnished, kitchen appliances great for cooking in or reheating leftovers. Secure and modern so great place to stay.

Convenient location and great parking

Easy walking distance to downtown and South Slope eateries and breweries. Quick access to freeways that take you to all that the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer. The reserved protected parking space was a very nice amenity.

Perfect place to stay

We wanted to be able to walk to a lot of breweries and restaurants and this was perfect. The apartment was great! It had everything we could need and the host was so helpful. We took all of her recommendations! We felt very safe and secure in the building and the area.

Great Downtown Location for two

We loved the apartment and the location was awesome, right downtown close to so many things and a straight shoot to the biltmore area as well. Be warned that if you have an SUV or larger vehicle, the parking garage is very tight, but otherwise we loved it and Claudia was awesome checking in on us!

Absolutely Charming!

This was a Christmas gift for our son and his wife. Beautifully decorated within walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown Asheville. They were very pleased with everything!

Perfect Stay

Perfect is the only word to describe this condo. Spotless, bright, well appointed decor, high end appliances, well stocked kitchen, great hot showers! The easily accessible (via elevator) parking space is so convenient. Walking distance to all the shops and Restaurants in DT Asheville. Less than 10 minutes driving distance to the Biltmore Estate and the list does on.. Net we had an awesome stay!

Funky Condo Downtown Asheville

This modern, sleek condo is just a short walk to great breweries, shops, and restaurants in downtown Asheville. It also has amazing artwork on the walls. Everything was very clean and comfortable. All the instructions were clear and it was easy to arrive and to depart. Claudia was in great communications with me the whole time.

Exactly as described and extremely well cleaned and maintained. Communication with Claudia was a breeze. Definitely one of my best vrbo rental experiences! It's just a bit farther from the heart of downtown than where I've stayed before but in exchange we got a parking garage space, larger apt, and quieter street. Well worth walking 5 more minutes!

I liked the condo because it is walking distance to the tennis courts (Aston Park Tennis Courts).There was loud music (rock) on Monday night from about 5 - 10 PM from a nearby bar. It got tiresome to hear the constant drone of the sound.The ice make was not working so I bought some ice for my water thermos.I didn’t find any was cloths.I liked the layout & the big plus is the onsite parking.

The condo was awesome. Nicely done without being over the top! Great location...and the host was awesome. Easy check in. If i had a complaint it would be why I had not found this place sooner! Honestly great spot and as the title says, I like this one to be my secret!

Music Central

Beautiful apartment central to downtown. We had tickets to the AVL Fest and could easily walk to all the downtown locations ( and anywhere downtown). We also walked to the River Arts District, but that was a long but pleasant walk. Having parking at the apartment was awesome too. Perfect location downtown and the apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need.

A new Favorite stay for us! In the heart of everything Asheville

Honesty, if we could give this 6 stars we would. The apartment is impeccable, stylish, and in the heart of Asheville center - you can walk in any direction and you’ll be within minutes of hip, fun, downtown, the River Arts district, or south towards the Biltmore Estate. Can say enough nice things about our experience here. Top of the line appliances and fixtures, beautifully styled, quiet, delightful. Hoping to return soon. Thank you for a wonderful 5 star stay!

Perfect for a month-long stay in Asheville!

My husband and I found this property to be perfect for our month-long stay in Asheville. We will be moving into a retirement community in South Asheville in a few years and wanted to spend a good amount of time becoming further acquainted with the city. This VRBO rental was great as it's located a few blocks from downtown, has secure, indoor parking included in the price and is very comfortable. The western sky views are great: sunrise, sunset and night! The host, Claudia, could not be nicer or more accommodating. Overall, an excellent experience!

Asheville Apartment Great for Asheville.

This Asheville apartment has all four of the prime requirements for great for Asheville vacation: location, parking, location and parking. Everything was super clean and exactly as described in the listing. Claudia was very easy to deal with, and she was very responsive. Checking in and out was a breeze. Highly, recommend.

Great apartment in a great location. Walkable to everything downtown.

This is a beautiful apartment that is within walking distance of all of the shops, restaurants, bars and breweries in downtown Asheville. It was very clean, comfortable, and up-to-date with modern appliances. We didn't take advantage of the stove, but did use the refrigerator/freezer. There are TV services and a bluetooth speaker to use for music. The bed was very comfortable, and there are two large closets in the bedroom. We took advantage of the washer and dryer which both worked well. The bathroom had two vanities and was large enough the my wife and I could get ready at the same time. The balcony was nice to relax on too. The highway access is easy for day excursions for hikes or tours. Claudia was very responsive on all communication we had with her. I honestly can't say enough good things about this apartment. We will definitely try to rent it again if we go back to Asheville.

Another Great Stay at 45 Ashland

This is our 3rd stay in this building - location and amenities are perfect. Our stay in this 1-Bdrm unit on the 3rd floor had everything we needed to work during the day and enjoy Asheville afterward.

The location of this condo was perfect for walking to all the shops, restaurants, and clubs in downtown Asheville. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and modern. And it comes with an inside designated parking space, which in downtown Asheville is a huge plus. We highly recommend this condo
