The gentleman that checked us in was amazing! Wanted to make sure everything was accommodating for my aunt and mom - the tub with a seat was just what my aunt needed. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast options were wonderful- so many oatmeal toppings they could have had some fruit that could have worked with the waffles or plain yogurt. Definitely recommend.

This hotel provided a better level of communication about the check in and check out than any other hotels previously visited. The property was clean throughout, convenient to everywhere we were looking to go and had a well stocked breakfast each morning. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend; and plan to stay again in the future.

Our visit to Asheville staying at the Fairfield Inn on Tunnel Road was very nice. We were greeted by the hotel staff with smiles on their faces and they were quick to accommodated our needs. Our grand children enjoyed the pool as well as the breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again.

New, well-lit clean hotel with ample parking right outside. Reception was very friendly and welcoming. All our requests were satisfied completely, and we were given an upgraded suite! Breakfast was very good. Receptionist went out of her way to recommend local eateries that were different from the usual chains. Her recommendation worked out perfectly. The hotel is conveniently accessed just off the interstate. But be aware that there are not any good restaurants immediately near the hotel, but the list provided at check-in outlined many good restaurants within a short drive. Good value for money and highly recommended.

Our room was super clean, quiet and had very comfortable bedding. The set up of the room provided ample space for us to move around easily. The breakfast was amazing as well. There was a pool and fitness center which we didn't partake but nice to know it is available. The staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend staying here!

our room was clean and well stocked. The overnight was very quiet with no disturbances. Breakfast are was clean and attended by support staff member. Breakfast offerings were typical to perhaps a little better than normal. Overall a good value for a quick overnight stop.

Birthday Get Away Trip
For an overnight trip to go to the Biltmore Estate, our stay at this hotel was great. We were greeted by a lovely young woman at the front desk that, sadly, I did not get her name. We were upgraded to a suite which was a wonderful surprise since it was my birthday that day. The suite was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The bed was comfortable and not too firm for my liking. The hotel itself was clean and modern. The only drawback I can reflect on was that the breakfast was a little disappointing. The omelets were cold, and the sausage patties were like rubber...everything else was fine. I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady who was at the front desk that night as she was an absolute doll. She gave us recommendations of local places to check out and was very knowledgeable of the area. She also offered me a complimentary treat from the snack area for my birthday which was very sweet of her. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and whenever we go back to Ashville, I will be choosing to stay here.

It’s ok but the beds are a lil hard to my liking and WiFi sucks!! The pool is TINY like the rooms and the breakfast girl yes only one girl serving for like 50 people!! She was way overwhelmed and nothing was being put out in time!

Boo to the Eco Fridge that spoiled our milk!
This hotel is in very good repair and well maintained. There were no major issues other than their Absocool refrigerator in the room we stayed in DID NOT keep anything cool longer than 2 hours. Our gallon of milk for our children spoiled because the refrigerator shut off to save power after 2 hours and it became room temperature inside. My advice is to get rid of the eco friendly crap. It's going to kill someone from spoiled food! Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the stay was pleasant. Just keep your food and milk in a cooler because the eco fridge is junk!!
