Excellent location & Lovely loft

We wanted a comfortable place to stay for a weekend away in Asheville. The location of the loft apartment was perfect for walking every where we wanted to go. The loft was clean, spacious, and beautiful. I loved the design and decor of the place. The bedding was super comfortable and I slept like a dream! Highly recommend this loft and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great design in a perfect location

We enjoyed our long 4th of July weekend at this very nice apartment and walked only a few steps to everything downtown asheville. We liked the loft style with upscale interior design. Everything looked new and it was very well equiped. Public Parking across the street is quite convenient. We got exceptional help from the onwers on even the most minor question.

Upscale Accomodations for the Active Outdoor Adventurers

Wife & I recently stayed here for a long weekend getaway. Location is amazing! Centrally located in downtown Asheville on a quiet side street with a large (pay) parking garage directly across the street. Tons of restaurants, shops, nightlife, street musicians, etc .... right out your door! We spent most of our days exploring Pisgah & the Land of Waterfalls in Transylvania County ..... and nights strolling downtown Asheville and listening to the drum circle / Stillwater Hobos (local musicians who were playing on different street corners during our stay and are definitely worth looking up!)

Asheville Stay

Really wonderful host and great location! The only recommendations I have for this location is to warn visitors that hallway lights in building go off with no movement. I was not prepared and worried about safety when I entered a dark hall. The addition of shades in the living room would help with the morning bright sunlight. The floors have original flooring and some settlement irregularities. Overall we were very pleased with the stay. The host was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely stay there again.

Immaculate Accommodations!

My husband and I took a weekend trip to Asheville for the first time away from our little one. We chose this loft because it looked beautiful from the pictures, as well as, that it was in a perfect location. We were thrilled when we arrived. Claudia, the owner, was putting the finishing touches on the place, making it vacation ready. We have used VRBO countless times over the years for the many places we've traveled to and I have to say that this place is one of the very best places we've stayed. AND it was less expensive than most of the downtown hotels (ALoft, Hotel Indigo, etc.). Having visited Asheville many times before, this place is also in the heart of downtown making it easily accessible to restaurants, events, shopping, etc. (which is why we chose it since we were visiting for a weekend festival and needed something within walking distance). Claudia made sure that every ammenity was provided for and that the rooms were totally clean and cozy. The loft itself was spacious for a one bedroom place with lots of extra nooks for keeping suitcases/travel items. Our stay was outstanding and we definitely plan to stay here for all of our future trips to Asheville.

Almost Perfect

This property was amazing! The condo is beautiful and has such an awesome old building feel to it. It was well furnished and stocked with everything a home should have which made "living" here for a week perfectly comfortable. We also brought our bikes, and having storage for them downstairs was awesome. It was so nice not having to take our bikes up an elevator into a hotel room. Not to mention you just couldn't ask for a better location!! I don't think I have ever enjoyed a place so much! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for one small detail that was not listed in the description or in my conversations with the owner and that was the bed; or beds I should say..two twin beds to be exact. Albeit comfortable, it was not what we were expecting when we reserved the room as the pictures lead you to believe there is a king or queen bed. But no biggie, we found some twin size mattress pads and shoved them down the center and lay a pillow top across it to make it more like a real bed. We still slept great and had a wonderful stay and would stay here again even with the separate beds. But I feel it is important to mention so that you should know exactly what to expect. All in all, I wouldn't change a thing and am so glad we chose this place over a hotel!

Perfect, cozy studio loft located in Downtown Ashville

My wife and I had a wonderful experience in Downtown Ashville. We were in Ashville for an event at Harrah's Convention Center. Wewalked to the event as well as our dining destinations. No car was needed until we left for home.

Concert weekend getaway

Perfect location central to downtown tourist areas of interest. Comfy interior, well stocked kitchen. Thanks for the tea selection and a french press! Claudia was always ready to answer questions if needed. Check in was a breeze.

Asheville loft

Long weekend get-away

Great location. Easy access to almost everything within a 10 minute, or less, walk. The unit was nice, the floors squeak terribly (old original hardwood flooring in the loft)

We had a delightful stay at this centrally located apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner was quick to respond, replaced a faulty electric kettle and made great suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

Wonderful Asheville retreat

We had an awesome time in Asheville! Claudia's home is very comfortable, quiet but still close to the downtown! We had a seamless check in, wonderful instructions on how to enter the condo. Claudia checked on us to make sure all was well. The condo is exactly as described and in the photos. Very clean, comfortable beds, We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Many close restaurants, our favorite was Twisted Laurel! We would stay again on our next trip!

Quiet Retreat in the Middle of Everything

My husband and I wanted a place where we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and this property was perfect. From easy parking, to the 3 minute walk to great dining, fun bars, and the Pinball Museum and Woolworth Walk, we were able to go and go, come back and recharge, and then go again. The property was clean, the bed and furniture was very comfortable, the temperature control was easy, and above all it was QUIET! We also enjoyed the use of space, the views, and the feel of a true escape from our cluttered noisy life. Host was communicative and helpful with a quick question about local shopping, but not intrusive. Not one thing ‘could have been better’. We are planning another weekend visit and will stay here again. Loved it.

Perfect Asheville Stay!

This lovely apartment was just as pictured showed and as clean as well. It was in the back of the bulidling so very quiet just a some squeaky floors lol, but the bathroom was only steps away for a middle of the night call. Parking was just across the street not bad at 20 dollars per day. Everything is in walking distance from the flat and ths coffee shop downstairs was perfect and the bar a few feet from that was always hopping but not disturbing at all. Claudia the owner was very helpful and checked to make sure our stay was great the whole time. I would definitely recommend this as your home away from home in Lovely Asheville. We had a wonderful 30th anniversery, so thank you Claudia for everything!

Great Location

A small mother daughter get away. The loft was clean and building was quiet. We loved that we could walk to all shopping and eating. Parking across street easy and safe.Many other attractions were a short drive away. Claudia responded quickly to any questions. My daughter loved "the vibe" of the loft and building.
