Great Visit

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property! The house was very easy to get to and had a great layout for our family. There were a few small things that could have been slightly better (i.e. there were several boards laying out on the porch with nails sticking out of them), but overall we had a great stay and would stay there again!

Wedding weekend

We stayed here with three couple friends for a wedding and it was everything that we needed. Loved the hottub. Appreciated the early check in and that the place was pet friendly but didnt smell like pets.

Great place to bring our visiting family from Denmark. We wanted to show them the Western part of the state and it was a great place to stay. Amazing to have snacks already there!

Amazing house, with awesome back porch

We stayed here with our wedding party and it was the perfect house! We were surprised to learn there was a hot tub and newly finished our back porch. The master bathroom shower was massive. Kitchen, dining, and living room all work really well for a larger party, we had 12. Upstairs bathroom can get crowded as up to 4 rooms are sharing just the one. Also driveway is steep! It measured at 17 degrees at the steepest on 2 of our cars. May be difficult in bad weather for some cars. Waking up it is a haul if your not use to the mountains either. Over all amazing house would definitely stay there again!

Quiet property for a large group with easy access to downtown Asheville

My extended family thoroughly enjoyed their time in Asheville at the Kingdom on Knollwood. With 5 and a half bedrooms and a couple of sleeper sofas and three full baths, this comfortably accommodated my party of eleven. The kitchen was generous in size and equipped with the basics. We enjoyed the deck at night and the star gazing was amazing. The driveway is a little steep, but there is room for four cars to park at the top. We appreciated access to a washer and dryer in the basement. The property is in a very quite location. Yet we had easy access to downtown Asheville and the abundance of great restaurants just ten minutes away.
