This was a dream stay. The house is the perfect location for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat that still lets you get into town in a breeze. The hosts were excellent and accommodating, making the whole check-in/out process zero-stress. The house itself is perfect for multi-family or friend group trips. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this mountain house in Asheville! The location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown and all of the activities we had planned, which made exploring the city so easy. The house looked exactly like the listing photos and was spotless upon arrival.What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were extremely accommodating with our last minute date change, which we truly appreciated. They were also very responsive and answered our questions promptly, even later in the evening. Their attentiveness made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Asheville!

Lovely home with great views of sunrise. Very quiet neighborhood in the trees. 12 minute drive to downtown. We were 8 adults and had plenty of space and bathrooms.

Fun family getaway

Great vacation location.

Wonderful location, more convenient to get downtown than expected. Property was immaculately clean, hot tub was fantastic, and everything was entirely as advertised. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay and the hosts are some of the nicest and responsive we've ever dealt with! The house is like a modern tree house, has gorgeous views and is so close to downtown Asheville, Biltmore etc. There is a grocery store with a Starbucks less than 5 minutes away.Every room is gorgeous and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. It is well-decorated and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub was nice and clean. My kids loved the game room. The master bedroom is huge and has beautiful views. It has a really nice shower and bath tub and you feel like you are in the forest. The queen bedroom upstairs has pretty views as well. The queen bedroom downstairs is private and like having your own apartment. The bunk bed and full bed were perfect for the kids. The glass showers in the house are really nice and the house fit our family of 7 with plenty of space. We thrilled we found this hidden gem and can't wait to come back!

Amazing property and hosts

I booked this house of a holiday weekend getaway with friends/family, and we were all SUPER pleased with the house. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to any questions or requests we had during the booking as well as throughout our stay. The home was extremely clean, well-stocked with toiletries, linens, and kitchen appliances, AND had an incredible view of the mountains. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Asheville.

Weekend wedding getaway

Me and several other friends stayed at this house for a friends wedding located in Asheville. We were all very impressed with the property. Clean upon arrival and had basic necessities like paper towels coffee etc. worked out perfect for our group!

We had a group of friends staying in the house and we all had coffee on the balcony in the morning. The views were beautiful. The games and hot tub were nice amenities too.

Great View and Convenient Location

Perfect base camp for guys golf trip. Convenient to downtown, only a few blocks from a nice grocery store and Starbucks but like being way out in the mountains. Plenty of space. Super clean. Very comfortable. Nicely appointed. Would feel equally comfortable bringing my family. Host was very easy to work and communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Treehouse

This house was so beautiful and clean. It was surrounded by trees in the mountainside with gorgeous views. It was in a perfect location, only about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Pete and Terese are so kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My friends and I would absolutely stay here again!

Coworkers reconnect

This was a great property to accommodate the reunion of five former colleagues who hadn't seen each other for two years. The house provided plenty of space for chatting and catching up, as well as playing board and card games. It was a great time facilitated by great accommodations in a great location.

What a view!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean and located in a safe neighborhood. The views are breathtaking from every door, window and balcony. The pool table and jacuzzi were a nice touch and made our stay more enjoyable. The house is decorated well and very modern. All of the beds were very comfortable, especially the top bunk. The appliances are up to date and it was a very spacious/comfortable VRBO for us.

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The bunk room was great for our kids and they had a blast. It was just the right distance from downtown and loved that there was plenty of room in the home for our family. The ONLY thing I’ll say is that the home address does not come up correctly when typing it in Waze. We were able to find it on Google maps.

Fantastic Place and View

We had a "mini" reunion of 5 friends that have known each other since middle school. And that's a long time. This was perfect. Very clean. Everything provided. Beautiful views. Close to town, but you don't feel like there's a town around when you're here relaxing on the decks. Excellent communication so you know exactly what; where; when. That is so important. Make sure you look for the check out list!! We missed that and I feel terrible about it! We all HIGHLY recommend this property! We hope our schedules will work again to meet up here.

A hidden Gem !

This place had the most relaxing views for our party of 9! The space was very open making it easy for a larger group. The trip to Asheville was about less than 10 minutes and there was a ingles food store and wallgreens across the street. Everyone was able to sleep in a comfy bed and use the towels provided. The only issue was that we were told the day we got there that we could not use the double bathroom sinks due to a leak. This made it a bit challenging with a group of 9 when everyone would need to get ready. The only suggestions I would make- 1. We were not able to get access the chemicals for the hot tub and the hot tub started to get foamy. We were only able to use it once during our stay due to this 2. The doors did not lock properly. The doors locked better from the outside than the inside. Some doors did not lock at all. 3. This was such a beautiful place. However I noticed some fixes that didn’t affect my stay but the overall look. The owners have a hidden gem! I really hope they keep up with the updates needed. Overall our stay was great and we made some great memories with some amazing views! I hope to be able to rent this place out again one day. Highly Recommend 10 out of 10 stay and trip.
