Great location

Great location for close access to walk downtown. Parking is tight but totally doable with a small vehicle. Comfy beds & all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of space

We had a great time in Asheville. It was a great location for exploring in the mountains and walking around the city. The location is walkable to parts of the city but it’s on the outer edge so some walks were long. Everybody had plenty of room and everything we needed was provided.

Perfect Stay in Asheville

My husband and I stayed at this apartment and absolutely loved it. It was exceptionally clean with all of the needed amenities. Check in /check out was easy, as was communication with the host. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Downtown Asheville Stay

My husband and I had a great vacation in dt Asheville this weekend. It was an easy walk to restaurants and breweries! So nice we didn't have to worry about drinking around and find parking.

Cozy stay in Asheville

Downtown Annie 4 was so well equipped and clean! It was also a really fun place to hang out when my friends and I weren’t enjoying Asheville. The beds were super comfortable, too.

Nice, well appointed apartment. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Easy access to highway.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable. We mainly walked from there, but drove to visit certain places like the arboretum and river arts district. I would stay here again.

Very cool place!

We came to do college visits. Very cute modern place and close to downtown. It had everything we needed. FYI…There was a homeless shelter near by but no concerns. I think it just surprised us at first. Would stay again!

Downton Annie was the perfect spot to base our long weekend in Asheville! Easy access to the highway, within walking distance of downtown, off street parking and well equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful apartment. Incredibly well stocked. Super easy check in and check out. Absolutely stellar place to stay. Only concern is the neighborhood while close downtown and within close walking distance is not that great.
