Everything was very nice except the room next to the elevators. Make sure you ask for a room away from them when booking.

Room smelled of mold. Staff were kind and had the room fixed by the next day. Not a great first start but a great final.

We really enjoyed staying on the Biltmore property. We did not have a car so paid to use the shuttle bus to take us to the mansion. Rebecca was our driver and gave us so much information. Thanks to her we learned a lot more. The restaurants on property where very good, especially the Bistro. It was March so still a little chilly but the hotel has a fire pit on from 8am till 10pm. We enjoyed drinking our wine out there and chatting with many other guests. We had no trouble getting an Uber when we checked out, although they said it may be hard in busier times. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The dining options are very varied and delicious. There are miles of trails to walk about on the estate property and we did our best to walk them all.

We did not like that the on-site Restaurants are closed on certain days. They should be open 7 days a week of guests.

Asheville's Food & Beverage workforce has not fully returned to the area and we strive to not over work our wonderful staff. Couples get away. The hotel itself is very nice good amenities. The bed was horrible very hard. The bed linens very cheap for the price of the hotel. They was no fitted sheet on the bottom so you end up sleeping on the mattress cover if you move in your sleep. Our room had a very strange odor. Food was good staff great.

It was a good stay. However it could have had a few more amenities for the price. Such as robes. Also a few things didn’t work like charger on phone for phones. And transportation to the house as part of the cost of the room.

Beautiful place. Not willing to work with accommodations. Wanted to upgrade yo a king size bed but front desk didn’t want to accommodate. The bathroom doors are beautiful but not practical.
