「Loved it very much, My friend and I arrived very late in the night, thought it could be a issue to clock-in, while they left us the key in envelope which ensure us to enter the room. The staff are super friendly and nice, the rooms are clean, I would definately recommend this place」

「Room was clean. We like the idea of parking in front of our room」

「clean room」

「The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was absolutely awful, it was like sleeping on a concrete floor. The bath towels were short almost the same size as the hand towels. I was grateful to have a conversation with the owner upon checkout and she was very kind in her explanation about the bed situation although I wish she would have given us a partial credit back for the inconvenience, but unfortunately that didn't happen. We also discussed the size of the bath towels; we did receive longer...

「Beautiful location within easy 5-10 minute walking distance to downtown Bayfield shops, restaurants, and the ferry to Madeline Island. We were there for peak fall leaves color. The view of the lake, the island, the small marina, the trees, and the sunrise from the cozy furniture on the deck outside our door was amazing. It is a motel, so there is the potential for noise from the vehicles that park outside the rooms, but it was a non-issue. Our stay was peaceful, pleasant, and perfect.」

「Toilet had drops of urine and hairs on the top of the porcelain, dirty floor in bathroom, strange hairs in and on side of tub. Mold on ice machine where the ice comes out. Carpet in halls dirty. Central air unit in room sounded like a jet taking off whenever it came on. This was my second stay since the first stay was good but I won't be returning anymore」

「Great place to stay. The staff was nice and helpful and the view was breathtaking. Heads up - even though they mention breakfast it's only during the winter season.」

「Light switches were strange. Could not turn on bathroom without turning on ceiling lights bright. All the on line connections seemed too much and confusing. Restaurant wascgreat」

「Expedia did a poor job of letting us know it was self check in. Instructions were terrible. We came in at night and there was no outside lights and poor signage to find the chalet. Had to get help from another resort to locate.」
