"We only stayed one night here but we had a great experience from check in to check out. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely restaurants in the area. We ate a delicious dinner at a Chinese restaurant in the Ginza area called Jang Jang Go. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful. Next to it was a Swiss bakery where we found treats to enjoy later. The most significant thing that happened during our stay was a 6.6 earthquake at 11:15 pm approximately 74 km away in the water between Beppu and Shikoku Island. We definitely felt it in our 5th floor room but the hotel felt safe and sound. "

"Great location, just a 2-3min walk from Kumamoto Station/ Amu Plaza. We were blessed with a high floor twin room with good view of the city. Room is tight & would be tough to open up luggage but it was ok for us as we had couriered our large luggages to the next hotel. Beds were ok and the free breakfast was basic but adequate & yummy to me. Great value for the price."

"Basic but sufficient. Big room. Taxi able to stop directly in front of hotel. Breakfast spread is good with some local food included. Would be better if they control the people at the restaurant and not let people stand behind customer to wait for seats. Orz almost thought I am at hawker centre."

"Excellent séjour! Hôtel à 1 min à pied de la gare JR et des bus pour excursions dans la région. Très pratique pour voyageur sans auto! Hôtel flambant neuf et chambre hyper confortable (presque luxueuse). La literie est excellente (matelas "Simmons" probablement haut de gamme). Super insonorisation, hygiène assurée, et personnel très professionnel et attentionné: J'avais fait une demande spéciale "vue sur volcan" lors de la réservation et celle-ci a été honorée (même si pas d'obligation): un dernier étage face à la montagne des volcans m'a été attribué. Cela a contribué à la qualité du séjour malgré la pluie et le temps très nuageux."

"We stayed in Deluxe Triple room. It was nice and roomy except room entrance. The room was clean and quiet. We loved that we were able to check how busy Spa (roof top Onsen) is all the time on room TV, so we could go when it wasn’t busy time. The location was great. Lots of restaurants , malls and Kumamoto Castle are walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel is very close to the train station, bus lines, and street cars. Staff was helpful and stored our luggage before we were able to check in. Breakfast buffet was included, although not recommended."
