"Hotel staff were surprised when I checked in as a single female and after seeing the room I realised why. The lock on the door had been broken and was not fixed, the windows on a first floor room did not close - this meant the room was 40 degrees Celsius and raised security concerns. There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. "
"More than in other countries in Africa, hotel prices in Nigeria and hotel quality, i.e. room functionality and service, seem to be uncorrelated. It is, therefore, an art to find an acceptable-priced hotel with acceptable quality, instead of ending up in a terrible one with a high price tag. I stayed for two weeks on a business trip at Nanet Suites, and it revealed to be a very good choice for me. Not that this is my dream of a hotel, but its quality-price ratio is perfect.

"This rating is about Expedia. Although it took time to locate the hotel, the hotel told me it is not doing business with Expedia anymore and that it has no room for me. That if there was any room, it would have me pay for it. I had to drive around city with the hire I had from the airport until I got a new place to stay. Expedia please return my money. This was not the agreement.

"It was a scam . I have to repay for the hotel because Ekechuku and Ademola who registered the hotel with Expedia are not staff of the hotel and they are not the owners of the hotel either. The hotel warned me not to pay expedia again because they have no partnership ID or membership with Expedia. Expedia can u refund my money please "
"Location good. Property poorly maintained, outdated furnishings, old equipment, staff confused or untrained. Generally, very poor experience. We had to leave just after 2 hours of our 2day booking because condition was unbearable."
