nice place in good location

you can tell this place was renovated recently-ish. it was clean & well kept. beds were pretty comfy & bathrooms were nice. our only complaints were that since it was an old building, there isn’t much insulation and it was pretty loud (between our two rooms but also just with the other neighboring units) & there needs to be a mat at the front door. we had to clean the floor by the door every day because our boots tracked in snow/dirt. the shoe tray needs to be bigger too. location is good - a few minutes walk to the center of town. overall it was a great visit & we would come back!

Spring break trip

Overall great experience and property management was very responsive and helpful. A few things didn’t work but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for skiing and going to downtown Breck.

great location and the shuttle to and from the hill and buses was great. You can easily walk into town (in street shoes). Nice pool that's kept as hot as a hot tub which is great. The condo is very small for 2bd/2ba. The bathrooms have almost no counter space; you can barely put down a few toiletries. The mattresses are shot. The kitchen has a dining room table with four chairs but you'd never get four adults around it. Appliances were fine but a cabinet didn't fit over a new refrigerator so was removed leaving an unfinished hole- not a great look especially at this price. There is nowhere to place ski equipment (this is a ski town after all) except maybe, carefully, around the very small hearth-then you can't use the fireplace. There is a front desk but no one there and no one answers the phone. The shuttle driver is around but doesn't know anything. Cactus vacations were friendly but don't know the property. Is there a ski locker?- yes, no, maybe. The locker is there but probably for the owners only. Is there is a sauna?- yes, maybe, not sure. There is, it was cold and looked unused when I found it. Go for the location and the ski shuttle. Just keep expectations low for everything else.

Cute, cozy property close to the town of Aspen

Overall experience was wonderful, the space was comfortable, very close to town, and clean. Communication was great and made our visit that much better!
