"Checking in late at night via a Kiosk was confusing. Other than that, everything was Ok, but not Great"

"While the hotel was renovated several years ago, it's still an old hotel with small rooms. Having said that, it seemed clean. Our biggest concern was the railroad track across the road. Trains rumbled through frequently, usually waking us up. The other issue was our bed sheets. They seemed old, thin, and yellowed. On a positive note, a very nice large area for breakfast. Breakfast was very good!"

"The Americana is a gem along route 66 in Flagstaff. The lobby is has fun decor, board games and lots of seating room to enjoy some time with your travel partners. The rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating."

"Not many ppl loved it. Room was like a mini apartment so spacious. Breakfast was great. Paid $5 a day for parking didn’t like that but over all great "

"The host was great but the amenities were a little damaged. There were spider webs in the bedrooms and minor damages to the bathroom fixtures. We also didn't know that the stairs would be as steep as they were, I had two elderly women traveling with me and they struggled with the stairs. The parking situation was less than ideal as you had to park in the garage in order to no block the neighbors. The rules listed on VRBO did not match the rulebook left on the table at the house, nothing major was different but a few things so it would have been nice if it matched. The location was nice, a good park of town and easy to get around. "

Kitchen was well appointed. Comfortable living room for family gathering. Even though the townhouse is on a through street, noise was never a problem. Thanks for a great stay!"
