"It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "

"Notre séjour même cours s’est très bien passé. La dame à l’accueil pour l’enregistrement a été adorable et très souriante. Nous venions pour l’anniversaire de mon fils. Nous sommes du coup mais nous avons passé un très très bon moment. La résidence est très agréable et le personnel, discret et sympathique. "

"Bonjour à tous, suite à notre réservation pour nos musiciens, nous avons demandé à prendre les lieux à 14h30 au lieu de 17h confirmez par la réception la veille. Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. Un Acceuil exécrable du responsable de cette établissement que je déconseille vivement !! Le message est passé au cap agde . "

"Appartement non entretenu, beaucoup d'éléments à remplacer : égouttoir à vaisselle rouillé, pieds chaise haute rouillés, étendoir à linge rouillé et détérioré, pied du parasol coupé en deux par la rouille, store rouillé et qui ne fonctionne pas, lames de la terrasse qui se soulèvent, VMC sale avec des "champignons", porte placard déglinguée, aucun rangement dans une chambre (comment ranger ses affaires alors que l'appartement est prévu pour 6), que dire des 2 plaques électriques dont une ne...

"The Hotel La Prison is a very quirky place to stay. Cells have been converted to rooms. Our room was on the 4th floor with amazing view but not part of cell block. Room was spacious with good bathroom- no fridge in the room and pool was very green and didn’t look too inviting to swim in. Staff were pleasant and helpful Drinks on the balcony lovely A great stay "
